Summer – Gold Coast

Warm currents bring the pelagics to our waters with excellent light and medium-heavy tackle game fishing.
December through to March are the months to catch Amberjack, Dolphinfish (Mahi Mahi or Dorado), Spanish
and Spotted Mackerel, Samson Fish, Wahoo and Yellow-tail Kingfish. Juvenile Black Marlin, Sailfish and Blue &
Striped Marlin provide great fun out on the water. Tuna (Yellow Fin, Striped & Long Tail) are caught
year round offshore, as are Snapper.
Autumn / Winter – Gold Coast

The mild Gold Coast winter provides great fishing for Cobia (Black Kingfish), Rosey Job Fish,
Sweetlip, Parrotfish, Tuskfish, Tuna and Snapper. Winter is also the time to catch sharks.
Spring – Great Barrier Reef

In late September Adrenaline usually heads north to Cairns and Lizard Island in search of the
gamefishing giant Black Marlin. Teamed with a mothership, a two-three day stay on the reef
is a fantastic fishing adventure with the space and comforts of home.
